The ZX140W-5 offers improved visibility ensuring safer operation on busy job sites.

The enhanced view of the machine’s front makes navigation and task execution more secure, reducing blind spots and increasing overall operational efficiency.

The reinforced chassis and strengthened boom foot brackets are designed to withstand the rigors of challenging terrains and heavy-duty tasks.

These enhancements ensure the excavator can handle demanding workloads without compromising reliability.

The advanced HIOS III hydraulic system is central to the ZX140W-5’s productivity.

It boosts performance while reducing fuel consumption, achieving 4% lower fuel usage in PWR mode compared to its predecessor.

In ECO mode, fuel consumption decreases by 12% while maintaining a high level of power, ensuring cost savings without sacrificing output.

The excavator’s arm recirculation cancel, and hydraulic boosting systems contribute to faster arm movement.

Additionally, the digging force receives a 6% temporary boost with the power-boost function, while the lifting capacity is enhanced by 7%, making the machine suitable for heavy-load tasks.

Expanded by an additional 45mm, the cab offers more legroom and a wider entry with a flip-up side console.

The heated suspension seat minimises vibrations and operator fatigue, ensuring a comfortable working environment even during long shifts.

Inspection parts are conveniently located for regular maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.

With efficient service access, operators and maintenance teams can perform routine checks easily, enhancing the excavator’s overall reliability.

The ZX140W-5 is built for versatility, delivering powerful and fast performance across a variety of tasks. It features an attachment support system that accommodates multiple tools, with 11 modes that can be registered on the monitor.

A pressure adjustment function safeguards individual attachments, offering tailored operation for different job requirements.

The boom recirculation system enhances efficiency by using pressurised oil to increase arm speed when lowering the boom, enabling quicker cycle times.

With its low-emission engine and innovative hydraulics, the ZX140W-5 is designed to meet stringent environmental standards while reducing operating costs.
