Intermercato has unveiled its latest innovation, the GRX15 – Log Grab, slated for production in 2025 and PS Plant Specs online has the specifications up.

This attachment is promised to deliver performance through combining lightweight design with robust functionality.

The GRX15 – Log Grab has an operating weight of 91kg, making it a lightweight grapple for its class. 

Despite its modest weight, the grab doesn’t compromise on power, offering a closing force of 7 kilonewtons (Kn) and a capacity of 0.14 cubic metres. 

This balance of strength and agility is expected to make it an ideal companion for carriers weighing between 1 to 3.5 tonnes, catering to a wide range of forestry and logging operations.

One of the features of the GRX15 is its compact design, with a width of 930mm, ensuring it can navigate tight spaces. 

This makes it particularly suited for operations in dense forests or confined worksites, where manoeuvrability is often a challenge.

By reducing the weight of the unit without sacrificing performance, the company says it is addressing the growing demand for fuel-efficient and environmentally conscious machinery.
