Since the introduction of this iteration of the model in 2014, this machine has earned a reputation for its robust performance, precision engineering, and adaptability.

Weighing in at just 2,550 kilograms, the U25-3HG is lightweight enough to navigate tight spaces without compromising performance.

Its compact dimensions – 4,150 mm in transport length, 1,500 mm in width, and a tail-swing radius 760 mm – make it ideal for working in confined areas.

This machine has a dig depth of 2,810 mm and a reach at ground level of 4,670 mm, allowing it to handle a wide range of tasks.

At the heart of the U25-3HG lies the Kubota D1105-E3-BH engine, a 1.1-litre, three-cylinder engine that delivers 15.6 kW of power at 2,400 rpm.

This engine is not only fuel-efficient but also compatible with B5 biodiesel, making it a more environmentally friendly choice for operators.

The machine’s hydraulic system features two variable pumps and one gear pump, providing a combined flow of 76.8 litres per minute.

This ensures smooth and responsive operation, whether you’re digging, lifting, or grading.

The excavator’s bucket breakout force of 2,320 kgf and arm breakout force of 1,245 kgf provide the muscle needed to tackle tough materials, while the standard 0.05 cubic metre bucket (450 mm wide) is suited for a variety of tasks.

For those needing to dig to precise depths, the U25-3HG offers a maximum dig depth of 2,580 mm and a dump height of 3,210 mm.

One of the features of the U25-3HG is its offsettable boom, which allows for greater flexibility when working around obstacles or in tight spaces.

This, combined with the standard dozer blade, makes it an excellent choice for grading and backfilling tasks.

The machine’s travel speed of 2.5 to 4.5 km/h and gradeability of 30% make it easy to move around the worksite, even on uneven terrain.

Additionally, the long track length on the ground and 300 mm track pad width provide stability and traction, reducing the risk of slippage and improving overall performance.
