Designed to tackle everything from road construction to site levelling, this 20-tonne articulated grader combines rugged durability with advanced engineering, making it a top choice for contractors.

With an operating weight of 20,500 kg, the 4260D is built to handle heavy-duty grading.

Its 4,270 mm blade provides exceptional reach, while the 645 mm blade height and 25 mm thickness ensure it can push through even the toughest materials without bending or warping.

The grader offers 570 mm of blade lift and an impressive 28° to 71° tilt range, allowing operators to fine-tune their cuts for optimal results.

For added flexibility, the shoulder reach extends up to 933 mm to the right and 465 mm to the left, making it ideal for shaping shoulders, ditches, and drainage channels.

Under the hood, the Cummins L9 engine delivers 200 kW (268 hp) at 2,200 rpm, ensuring strong torque and consistent power delivery.

The 6-cylinder, 9-litre diesel engine is built for efficiency and longevity, meeting the demands of long shifts in harsh conditions.

The powershift transmission offers 6 forward and 3 reverse speeds, with a top speed of 44 km/h forward and 32 km/h in reverse, allowing quick repositioning between job sites.

The tandem 4WD drive system ensures good traction, even on loose or uneven ground, while the optional front-wheel drive enhances manoeuvrability.

The grader’s articulated frame allows for 27° of steering either side, with a tight 15-metre turning circle, making it manoeuvrable in confined spaces.

For precise grading, the front axle offers ±16° of oscillation and ±18° of wheel lean, ensuring stability on uneven terrain.

The 4-wheel drive system maximises grip, while the hydraulic controls provide smooth, responsive blade adjustments.

With a length of 9,680 mm, width of 2,860 mm (without blade), and height of 3,530 mm, the 4260D is large enough to handle major projects yet compact enough to work efficiently in urban areas.
