See the specs for name-change, upgraded Develon artic dump truck

PS Plant Specs Online has added the specs for Develon’s DA30-5 articulated dump truck, which the maker says is designed to boost productivity and tackle the toughest terrain with ease.

Earlier versions of the same model name were under the Doosan brand.

Engineered for efficient material handling, this machine assists operators navigate challenging conditions while maintaining a smooth and comfortable ride.

One of the features of the DA30-5 is the inclusion of  a front-mounted turning ring, a sloping rear frame, and a free-swinging rear tandem bogie.

The manufacturer says that this setup ensures even weight distribution and keeps all six wheels in constant contact with the ground, providing superior traction.

The truck’s limited-slip differential directs the highest torque to the wheel with the best grip, making it ideal for extreme off-road conditions.

The DA30-5 features a hydro-gas front suspension system, which offers good shock absorption for a smoother ride.

The system is self-leveling and allows for adjustments in pressure to tailor the ride experience based on operating conditions.

The power module and centralised maintenance panel have been redesigned for easier accessibility, and the use of common oil in the wheel hubs, tandem rear bogie, and limited-slip differential simplifies routine servicing.

The vehicle control unit is equipped with faster processing and more input channels, displaying critical information such as speed, engine RPM, and machine warnings.

The monitor also supports multiple camera views, ensuring enhanced visibility for the operator.

Standard features include electrically adjustable mirrors and a mobile USB charger for added convenience.
