Whether navigating tight urban job sites or tackling rugged terrain, the VT-100 is built for performance.

Powering the ASV VT-100 is the Yanmar 4TNV94FHT engine, a robust and reliable powerplant that delivers 77.2 horsepower at 2800 rpm.

With a 3.1-litre displacement and four cylinders, this engine strikes a balance between power and fuel efficiency.

It’s designed to handle demanding workloads while keeping operational costs in check, making it an ideal choice for contractors who value both performance and economy.

The VT-100 has an operating load of 1588kg, ensuring it can handle heavy materials.

Its bucket capacity ranges from a minimum of 0.45 cubic metres, making it versatile enough for tasks like loading, grading, and material handling.

The machine’s bucket breakout force ensures it can dig into tough surfaces, while its dump height of 3353mm allows for efficient loading into trucks or bins.

One of the features of the ASV VT-100 is its compact design. Measuring just 3912mm in length, 1930mm in width, and 2121mm in height, this crawler loader is suited for confined spaces.

Its narrow width allows it to navigate through gates, alleys, and other tight areas, while its low-profile design ensures stability on uneven terrain.

Despite its compact size, the VT-100 doesn’t skimp on power or functionality.

Its hydrostatic transmission provides smooth and precise control, allowing operators to work efficiently in both forward and reverse directions.

With a maximum speed of 14.9 km/h, this machine is quick enough to move between tasks without wasting time.

The VT-100’s hydraulic system is another highlight, featuring a piston-type hydraulic pump that delivers a system pressure of 276 bar and a flow rate of 155 litres per minute.

This ensures responsive and precise control of attachments, whether you’re using a bucket, auger, or grapple.

The machine’s hydraulic capabilities make it a versatile tool for a wide range of applications, from excavation to landscaping.
