With a 23-tonne maximum lift capacity and a 10.2-metre maximum lift height, this Italian-engineered powerhouse is designed to tackle everything from construction and agriculture to mining and logistics.

With an operating weight of 29,000 kg, this telehandler maintains stability even when handling heavy loads.

Its 12.2-tonne lift capacity at maximum height ensures that operators can hoist materials without compromising safety.

Whether lifting pallets, bulk materials, or construction components, the Hercules 230.10 handles the job.

One of the features of this machine is its 5.9-metre maximum reach, allowing operators to place loads precisely where needed.

At full extension, it still maintains a 5.3-tonne capacity, making it ideal for stacking, loading, and positioning tasks.

The articulated steering system ensures manoeuvrability, with a 6.53-metre turning circle, allowing it to work efficiently in confined spaces.

Powered by a FPT 7-litre, 6-cylinder diesel engine, the Hercules 230.10 generates 129 kW (173 hp) at 2200 rpm, providing ample torque for heavy lifting and high-altitude operation.

The engine complies with Stage IIIA/Tier 3 emissions standards, making it both powerful and environmentally conscious.

The hydrostatic transmission ensures smooth operation with two-speed forward and reverse settings, reaching a top speed of 22 km/h for efficient worksite mobility.

With 4×4 drive and wet disc brakes, the Hercules 230.10 is designed for rugged terrain.

The 470 mm ground clearance allows it to traverse uneven ground without issue, while the all-wheel steering (AWS) enhances control in tight spaces.

The machine’s dimensions (6.8 m length, 2.88 m width, 2.98 m height) strike a balance between stability and accessibility, ensuring it can operate in a variety of environments.

The Hercules 230.10 supports a range of attachments, from buckets to forks, with a variable heaped capacity (depending on bucket size).

This adaptability makes it a valuable asset across industries, whether moving bulk materials in agriculture or handling heavy loads in construction.
