Specialist manufacturer of compact earthmovers Takeuchi has launched a new addition to its crawler dumper lineup: the TCR50-2.
This 6.5-ton machine is designed to deliver functionality, performance, comfort, and serviceability. The company says this makes it ideal for a variety of applications including low ground-pressure tasks, transporting heavy loads, and operating on soft surfaces such as mud, gravel, sand and snow.
The TCR50-2 is equipped with a range of standard features which Takeuchi says is aimed at enhancing operator experience and machine performance.
These include a multi-information display, rear view camera, hydraulic pilot controls, a 12V power outlet, and a radio with Bluetooth.
The interior is designed with automotive styling to enhance comfort for the operator.
Powering the TCR50-2 is an 88.4 kW engine that complies with the latest emission standards, utilising DOC, DP, and SCR exhaust after-treatment systems.
Weighing in at 6,550 kg with a maximum load capacity of 3,770 kg, the TCR50-2 is built for performance and durability on tough job sites.
Its 180-degree turning dump feature enhances operational efficiency and reduces downtime. The machine’s all-steel construction provides exceptional access to the engine and routine inspection points, enabling ease of maintenance.
“Takeuchi is excited to launch the TCR50-2 as its newest crawler dumper,” said Toshiya Takeuchi, President of the company.
“Adding this machine diversifies our product line, continuing our tradition of innovation and advancing technology. Its addition to our customers’ fleets will add efficiency and simplicity, increasing their profits.”
