The EL2085’s efficiency is based around the hydraulic motor-driven rotators that power the bucket’s blade system.

As the rotators spin, the blades create a dynamic up and down movement that effectively separates fine material from larger particles.

The fine material falls through the bucket, while oversized fragments remain for further processing.

The manufacturer says the design “excels where traditional vibrating screens struggle, effortlessly handling moist or adhesive materials.”

The versatility of the REMU EL2085 comes from three specialised blade types tailored to different tasks.

The screening blades gently filter material without breaking large particles, ensuring the screened output remains pure.

For tougher jobs, aggressive blades crush and mince hard materials such as glass, roof tiles, and root lumps.

The block shafts are designed for tasks that require mixing and aerating, making them suited for soil preparation and composting.

As the rotators move, the scrapers remove sticky or damp residue from the blades, preventing blockages and maintaining consistent performance.

This self-cleaning mechanism ensures continuous operation, even with high-moisture materials.
