ASV has released the VT-75 compact track loader in North America.
Powered by a Yanmar diesel engine, this vertical-lift machine covers a range of construction and landscaping applications, particularly for at-height tasks such as loading trucks.
“The VT-75 truly allows our ASV customers to do more,” said Peter Ovrebo, product management director for Yanmar Compact Equipment North America.
“Its combination of high operating capacity, reliable Yanmar engine, and the well-known ASV performance makes it a valuable asset for operations of all sizes.”
The maker claims that the VT-75 is one of the first compact track loaders to feature a roof escape hatch, further enhancing safety.
The VT-75’s powerful diesel engine delivers good performance with its direct-drive pumps.
The machine is suited for heavy-duty tasks such as loading high dump trucks.
ASV’s Posi-Track undercarriage provides traction and mobility in any season.
Featuring a suspension system with two independent torsion axles per undercarriage, the VT-75 is said to provide a smooth ride over rough terrain.
The undercarriage’s flexible track system maximises ground contact, giving the machine enhanced traction and pushing power, even in wet, muddy, or steep conditions.
The VT-75 also comes with features designed to boost productivity and ease of operation.
The optional work tool positioner allows operators to preset attachment angles for repetitive tasks, while users can preset the loader arm height.
These features, combined with optional self-leveling technology, make the machine efficient in tasks that require precision.
The VT-75 includes auto two-speed technology, enabling a seamless shift between low and high speeds, and speed-sensitive ride control that improves material retention during high-speed operations.
This combination of advanced hydraulic and cooling systems ensures the machine operates at full capacity under demanding conditions, from low temperatures to scorching heat.
The VT-75’s cab is designed for comfort and operator convenience.
ASV’s cab provides 360-degree visibility, improving safety and precision on the job site.
Serviceability is a focus of the VT-75, which features convenient access to all critical components.
The machine is equipped with a swing-out radiator, top hood, and side doors, giving operators easy access to the engine compartment, including daily checkpoints like filters and the air cooler.
