Weighing in at 1,780 kg, the PC18MR-3 is light enough to be transported easily on a trailer yet robust enough to handle demanding tasks.

Its 0.044 m³ standard bucket (450 mm wide) is perfect for digging, grading, and loading, while its 2,160 mm dig depth and 3,935 mm reach at ground level ensure versatility in confined spaces.

At the heart of this machine is the Komatsu 3D67E diesel engine, compliant with Tier 4 Final emissions standards, ensuring cleaner operation without compromising on power.

Delivering 11.2 kW (15 hp) at 2,600 rpm, this three-cylinder, 0.778-litre engine provides ample torque for digging and lifting.

Komatsu’s HydrauMind system optimises hydraulic efficiency, reducing fuel consumption while maintaining smooth operation.

The main pumps deliver a combined flow of 41.6 + 12.7 L/min, with a relief valve pressure of 235 kgf/cm², ensuring strong bucket breakout force (1,620 kgf) and arm breakout force (1,010 kgf).

One of the features of the PC18MR-3 is its zero tail-swing design, with a minimal 715 mm tail radius, allowing it to work safely near walls and obstacles.

Its adjustable undercarriage can be narrowed to just 980 mm, making it ideal for working in narrow alleys or between buildings.
