The 865BS2 grader features a torque converter lock-up system that optimises power transfer. 

This enhances the machine’s performance by seamlessly shifting between the smooth operation of a torque converter and the full power of a direct drive. 

The lock-up automatically activates under certain operating conditions, ensuring the grader runs at higher speeds when extra torque isn’t required.

The grader’s load-sensing hydraulic system ensures responsive and precise control, allowing for smooth operation in various grading tasks. 

The 865BS2 features a reinforced moldboard with a unique multi-radius design that improves cutting, mixing, and rolling of materials.

The control valves maintain pressure compensation, allowing parallel lifting and lowering of the moldboard, while a full-flow mode switch provides maximum hydraulic output for faster response.

The precise mixing effect created by the multi-radius blade contributes to a more consistent and durable road surface.

The 865BS2 grader is equipped with a durable front A-frame drawbar and a high-strength circle for added stability and extended component life. 

The heavy-duty boxed frame design supports the circle with a wide stance, enhancing the grader’s ability to handle heavy workloads while ensuring longevity of the circle and drawbar components.

The grader is designed with external circle teeth that are resistant to shocks and easier to clean. 

This feature reduces wear and tear and provides more leverage when turning the blade under load. 

The external teeth design eliminates the need for slip clutches or shear pins, reducing the likelihood of repairs and downtime.

The 865BS2 offers three engine settings, providing even greater flexibility and performance for demanding applications.

All key service points are grouped together and easily accessible from ground level, ensuring that daily checks and maintenance can be performed quickly and efficiently. 

The wide-opening rear-engine service door and overhead right-side cover offer fast access to critical inspection points, minimising downtime.
