Hyundai launches new HD130A dozer at Bauma 2025 trade fair

The major international construction machinery trade fair Bauma 2025, saw several new equipment launches from various manufacturers and one of them was Hyundai’s HD130A dozer.

When it comes to earthmoving efficiency, Hyundai says the HD130A is built to tackle the toughest jobs with unmatched power and durability.

The machine combines top performance with smart technology ensuring operators can push more material with greater precision—all while enjoying superior comfort and ease of maintenance.

The HD130A delivers 117kW of engine power at an operating weight of up to 15,300kg (LGP model), giving it exceptional tractive effort and stability.

With a maximum drawbar pull of 22,000kgf, this dozer grips the ground firmly, allowing it to move massive loads.

The machine’s two-speed transmission ensures smooth operation, enabling a maximum travel speed of 9.0km/h and impressive 35° (70%) gradability for steep inclines.

A high-capacity 132L/min hydraulic pump delivers responsive blade control, while the standard 3.54m³ XL blade provides excellent material displacement.

For jobs requiring reduced ground pressure, an optional 4.18m³ LGP blade is available.

Additionally, the built-in ripper attachment features parallel linkage, maintaining a consistent angle to the ground for uniform penetration—ideal for tough terrain.

Hyundai has equipped the HD130A with intelligent features designed to boost productivity while cutting fuel costs.

The Eco Mode adjusts hydraulic pump output for lighter tasks, reducing fuel consumption by up to 5%.

Meanwhile, Auto Idle and Auto Shutdown minimise unnecessary engine idling, further optimising efficiency.

For operators seeking precision, the 2D Blade Dozing Assist function helps less experienced users achieve accurate grading without the need for GPS or laser guidance.

These innovations ensure smoother operation, fewer passes, and lower running costs—ideal for long days on the worksite.

Full-height glazed doors and a strategically designed slim engine canopy provide good visibility, allowing operators to monitor blade tips and surroundings.

The dozer’s electro hydraulic controls, including a proportional auxiliary joystick and pedal operation, ensure effortless handling.

Modern conveniences such as a rear-view camera, touchscreen display, and Bluetooth audio enhance usability, while GPS remote monitoring enables real-time performance tracking and maintenance alerts.

Ground-level service points and wide-access panels allow for quick daily checks, while the rear-tilting cab provides easy access to hydraulic and drivetrain components for major servicing.

The heavy-duty undercarriage, featuring single and double-flanged rollers, ensures extended lifespan even in harsh conditions.
