Wacker Neuson has introduced the 2024 version of its WL34 wheel loader, designed to deliver economy, performance and ease of use in loading and transporting tasks.
As an entry-level model in the compact class, the WL34 has a 0.6 m³ bucket capacity and combines power, reliable hydraulics, and compact dimensions with advanced technology, offering a good price-performance ratio.
The WL34 wheel loader features an articulated pendulum joint with a 12° oscillating angle, ensuring all four wheels maintain traction, even on uneven ground.
The large articulation and pendulum angle enhance ground traction, making the machine easy to maneuver without collision between the front and rear sections, even in confined spaces.
The independent oscillation of the front and rear carriages enables the operator to react sensitively to uneven surfaces, improving comfort and reducing fatigue during extended use.
The WL34 wheel loader has a high-quality powder coating, which extends the machine’s service life compared to conventional wet painting. The manufacturer says that this environmentally-friendly coating ensures high resale value for the machine.
For maximum traction and thrusting power when needed, the WL34 includes a connectible 100% differential lock. This feature reduces tyre wear, increasing the machine’s efficiency.
The differential lock is deactivated during normal operation, enhancing safety, reducing wear, and lowering operating costs.
The WL34’s kinematics are precisely adapted to the machine’s size, ensuring optimal force ratios and heightened productivity.
The coordination and quality of the loader arm design and hydraulic cylinders increase the machine’s longevity, offering added value to customers through improved working efficiency. The hydraulic cylinders provide sufficient reserves, ensuring they are not operated at maximum capacity, thereby extending their lifespan.
The manufacturer states that the WL34 is designed for operator convenience and safety, featuring large, non-slip steps and easy-to-reach handholds that allow for comfortable entry and exit from the cab or operator’s platform.
In addition, full specifications for similar class the Wacker Neuson WL28 and WL44 are also now posted.
