Powering the ZX75US-7 is a Yanmar 4TNV98CT diesel engine, producing 50.4 kW (67.6 hp) at 2000 rpm, ensuring strong performance while keeping fuel consumption in check. 

The 3.318L four-cylinder engine is designed to handle tough jobs, making it ideal for long days on-site.

With an operating weight of 9066 kg, this excavator strikes a balance between stability and mobility. 

The standard 0.28 m³ bucket (600 mm width) is perfect for general digging, while the impressive bucket breakout force of 5110 kgf and arm breakout force of 3370 kgf mean it can handle tougher materials.

The ZX75US-7 offers a maximum dig depth of 4260 mm and a reach of 6870 mm at ground level, giving operators plenty of flexibility when working in trenches or around obstacles. 

For deeper cuts, it can manage a dig depth of 2440 mm, while the dump height of 5480 mm ensures efficient loading into trucks or bins.

One of the advantages of this Hitachi model is its compact design, with a tail-swing radius of 1390 mm, allowing it to work in tight spaces without compromising stability.

The ZX75US-7 features a high-performance hydraulic system, including three variable displacement axial piston (VDAP) pumps and one gear pump, delivering a total flow of 2×72 L/min + 56 L/min (main pumps) and 1×20 L/min (gear pump). 

The system operates at a relief valve pressure of 280 bar, ensuring smooth and powerful movements.

For added versatility, the excavator comes with a spare spool for attachments, allowing operators to easily switch between hydraulic tools like breakers, augers, or grapples.
