With an operating weight of 404,000 kg, the PC4000-11 electric is built to handle the most demanding mining tasks. 

Its front bucket capacity of 22 m³ (SAE rated) ensures high productivity in bulk material handling, while its impressive cutting height of 14,800 mm and reach at ground level of 16,650 mm allow for efficient loading and digging operations. 

The excavator’s dump height of 9,610 mm ensures compatibility with large haul trucks, minimising cycle times.

The machine’s bucket breakout force of 137,560 kgf and arm breakout force of 126,340 kgf provide the necessary power to tackle even the toughest rock and overburden conditions, ensuring maximum efficiency in heavy-duty applications.

Unlike conventional diesel-powered excavators, the PC4000-11 electric is equipped with a high-voltage squirrel-cage induction motor (6000V), delivering 1,350 kW of power. 

This electric drivetrain not only eliminates exhaust emissions but also significantly reduces noise pollution, creating a safer and more sustainable work environment. 

By removing the need for diesel fuel, operators benefit from lower running costs and reduced maintenance requirements.

It features four variable displacement swash plate pumps (VDSPP), ensuring smooth and responsive operation. 

The main pump relief pressure is set at 310 bar, while the flow rate reaches 4,140 litres per minute, providing the necessary force for high-demand digging and loading tasks.

Designed for optimal performance in rugged mining conditions, the PC4000-11 electric boasts a track length on ground of 6,700 mm and track pad width options of 1,200 mm or 1,500 mm, ensuring excellent stability on uneven terrain. 

With a travel speed of 2.1 km/h and a gradeability of 50%, this excavator maintains steady movement across steep inclines and challenging surfaces.

The machine’s tail-swing radius of 6,500 mm allows for safe operation in confined spaces, while its ground clearance of 930 mm ensures smooth navigation over obstacles.
