CAT’s Advanced Productivity Electronic Control Strategy transmission ensures seamless power delivery, maintaining momentum on grades and significantly reducing cycle times.

A more responsive Traction Control System enhances productivity by engaging early during wheel slippage, ensuring maximum traction and reducing tyre wear.

These features work together to help operators achieve a low cost per ton while maintaining strong performance.

The transmission controls optimise fuel consumption by maintaining consistent speed and momentum on grades.

The Adaptive Economy mode automatically adjusts fuel usage without compromising productivity, offering fuel savings.

Additional cost saving features include auto neutral idle, which reduces fuel use during idling, and speed limiting, which adjusts the engine speed and gear selection for more efficient operation.

An integrated Engine Idle Shutdown conserves fuel by automatically turning off the engine when the truck is idle for a preset time.

Caterpillar prioritises safety with improved accessibility and features that minimise risks on job sites.

The ground-level access to fuel fill and daily maintenance points eliminates the need for climbing, while strategically placed walkways and grab rails ensure safe entry and exit.

Other safety features include; wet disc brakes on all four corners, a ground-level engine shutoff switch, and an overload speed limiter that works with the payload system to automatically reduce speed when the truck is overloaded.

The model also features four cameras and radar systems to identify potential hazards.

The repositioned operator seat improves comfort and ease of operation, while an enlarged windshield offers greater visibility of the work area.

The 777-07 integrates other advanced systems to help operators and managers make data-driven decisions.

For example, the Vital Information Management System continuously monitors and collects machine data, offering valuable insights through the advisor display.

Also, the Truck Production Management System provides accurate payload information, haul cycle times, and distances, ensuring optimal loading and hauling.

Maintenance on the 777-07 is simplified with grouped service points and an extended hydraulic oil filter life of up to 1,000 hours.
